Beta Program Notice

Intelligent Win is currently in a limited beta. The document below is an interim version, prepared ahead of formal legal review, and is provided so participating organizations have real, readable terms during the beta period. It is under review by counsel and subject to change; we will notify participating organizations when final terms are adopted.

1.The short version

Intelligent Win uses cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect your account. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiling, and we do not share cookie or browsing data with any advertising network. We run no third-party analytics or advertising tracking scripts.

2.Cookies we actually set

All cookies below are first-party (set by intelligent.win, not a third party) and strictly necessary — the site does not function without them (you could not stay signed in). Because they are strictly necessary, most privacy laws do not require a consent banner for them.

All three are set with httpOnly (not readable by page JavaScript — protects against script-based token theft) and secure (HTTPS-only in production) attributes.

3.Cookies we do NOT set

No advertising or retargeting cookies. We don’t run ad campaigns that track you across sites, and we don’t sell or share cookie data with ad networks.
No social-media pixels or widgets.
No third-party analytics cookies or trackers. We do not run any third-party analytics or product-analytics tool that sets a client-side cookie or loads a browser tracking script. (We do run server-side operational telemetry — see Section 5 and our Privacy Policy — but that is not a cookie and does not track you across the web.)
No cross-site or device-fingerprinting identifiers.
No non-essential "functional" cookies beyond what’s listed in Section 2. If we add any in the future, this policy will be updated before they go live, not after.

4.Local/session storage (not cookies, disclosed for completeness)

6.Your choices

Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary to sign in, there is nothing to opt out of and still use the product — declining these cookies means you cannot stay signed in. You can still block or delete cookies via your browser settings at any time; doing so will sign you out and require you to sign in again on your next visit.

Because we do not sell, share, or use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, honoring a browser’s Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal would not change any of our current behavior — we have not yet built explicit signal-detection to confirm this back to your browser, but the underlying practice is already compliant.

7.Third parties (cross-reference)

This Cookie Policy is scoped narrowly to cookies and client-side browser storage. The fuller list of who processes your account and usage data is disclosed in our Privacy Policy’s sub-processor table — none of those parties receive data via a cookie mechanism described in this document.

8.Changes to this policy

If we ever add a cookie category not listed above, we will update this page and, where required by law, seek your consent before that new cookie is set.
