Service Level Agreement
Last reviewed: 08 JUL 2026 (drafting-pass date — not an attorney sign-off date)
This Service Level Agreement describes what you can expect from Intelligent Win in terms of availability, data freshness, and support. This is an interim, beta-period version — see the notice above.
1.Scope
This Service Level Agreement is intended to apply to paid subscription tiers of the Service. The exact scope — for example, whether Trial or Emerging tiers receive a formal commitment versus best-effort service — is still being finalized and will be confirmed here.
2.Uptime target
During the beta period, we target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. This target is sized to our current infrastructure and will be reviewed as the platform scales (see Review Cadence, below) — we would rather commit to a number we can honestly meet than an aspirational one.
3.Data refresh commitment
USASpending federal contract data is refreshed at least monthly. Refresh cadence for other sourced data (for example, entity registration and contract vehicle roster data) is still being confirmed and will be published here once verified.
4.Support response times
Support is available by email during business hours. Specific response-time targets by subscription tier will be published here once confirmed against our support capacity.
5.Remedies / service credits
We intend to offer a modest, capped service-credit structure tied to uptime shortfalls (a percentage of the affected month’s fee, not a cash refund), scaled by subscription tier. Details will be published here once finalized.
6.Exclusions
This Service Level Agreement does not cover: outages caused by third-party infrastructure or service providers outside our control; issues caused by your own use of the Service; force majeure events; and scheduled maintenance windows (for which we will provide advance notice where practical).
7.Incident transparency
We intend to provide a lightweight status/notification process for significant outages. Details will be published here as this process is built out.
8.Review cadence
We will revisit the commitments in this document as our infrastructure scales, so this Service Level Agreement can honestly tighten over time rather than being overpromised now.
